Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data Glaune holds about you, including any data obtained when you connected your Facebook or Instagram account.

How to request deletion

• Email hello@glaune.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”, or
• Disconnect Glaune from your Facebook settings (Settings → Business Integrations) to revoke our access, then email us to confirm full deletion.

What we delete

Within 30 days of a verified request we delete your account, connected-Page tokens, advertiser profile, ad creatives, and associated assets. We may retain a minimal record of transactions where required by accounting or tax law, and anonymized aggregate metrics that no longer identify you.
