Glaune ApS (placeholder) (“Glaune”, “we”, “us”) operates Glaune, an AI-driven self-serve advertising platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses create and run local ads on Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: hello@glaune.com.

Information we collect

Account & business details — name, email, business name, industry, location, and the offer you want to advertise.
Facebook/Instagram connection data — when you connect your Page, we receive your Page’s name and ID and an advertising permission (a token) that lets us create ads for your Page. We never receive your Facebook password.
Ad content — the text and images generated for, or uploaded to, your campaigns.
Payment data — processed by Stripe; we store only limited billing metadata, never full card numbers.
Usage & performance data — campaign metrics (impressions, clicks) and basic product analytics.

How we use Facebook/Meta data

When you connect a Facebook Page, we request only the permissions needed to create and manage ads on your behalf. Your Page is shared with our Business Portfolio with an advertise grant only — we do not take ownership of your Page and cannot post organic content or change your Page settings. Nothing goes live without your explicit one-tap approval. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked by you at any time from your Facebook settings or by contacting us.

How we use your information

To generate ad creatives, run a pre-publish policy check, and publish approved ads to Meta.
To process prepayments and reconcile actual ad spend.
To provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Meta Platforms — to create and deliver your ads.
Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of ad images.
Anthropic & OpenAI — to generate ad copy and images from your inputs.
Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You can request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@glaune.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
