These terms govern your use of Glaune, operated by Glaune ApS (placeholder). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Glaune helps you create AI-generated ads and publish them to Facebook and Instagram after your approval. We run the ads through our own ad accounts on your behalf; you connect your Page and prepay your advertising budget.

Payments

• You prepay your campaign budget. We purchase the media and charge a transparent service margin on top.
• We never spend more than the budget you approve. Unused, uncaptured amounts are not charged.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Ad approval & acceptable use

Our pre-publish check helps your ads meet Meta’s policies, but it is not a guarantee — Meta makes the final decision and may reject or pause any ad. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the offers you advertise, and you may not use Glaune for prohibited, deceptive, or infringing content.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Glaune is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Meta regarding your ads or accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
